Expert RA Rating Agency has assigned a long-term credit rating to Sherrizone-Nord at the A level (high level of creditworthiness), second sublevel. The rating outlook is stable, which means high probability of maintaining the rating at the same level in mid-term. Sherrizon-Nord LLC is building an industrial park (warehouse complex) near Sheremetyevo Airport. The rating level was favourably affected by high probability of support by owners, a medium low share of payables in the structure of liabilities and the presence of all necessary permits and approvals. Another positive factor was the experience in similar projects (the developer and the general contractor are experienced in building warehouse real estate). The Sheremetyevo Airport area is short of special-purpose warehouse space, most of the facilities there having been only adapted for logistic needs.
