July 8, 2014, Moscow. Gazprombank (Open Joint-Stock Company) and Sherrizone-Nord Limited Liability Company have signed a contract for a credit line to be opened by the Bank to an amount equivalent to 1.8 billion rubles. The loan will fund the construction of Phase 1 of an A+ logistic park near Sheremetyevo Airport. The Sherrizon-Nord Logistic Park is owned by Sherrizon-Nord LLC. Phase 1 of a high-quality warehouse totaling 55 600 sq. m in area is located 800 m from Sheremetyevo in a developed Sherrizon industrial cluster where industrial and storage facilities of major Russian and international companies have been operating for more than 20 years. Phase 1 is to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2014. Several entrances / exits to and from the complex, convenient access roads, the equidistant Leningrad and Dmitrov highways, and the new Moscow-Petersburg freeway will enable the Sherrizon-Nord clients to optimize their logistic routes.
